Jan Karski's 100th birthday was commemorated in Poland by a Google Doodle. It shows Karski with his bestselling book, Story of a Secret State. Karski joins many other famous world figures who have been honored with a Doodle, which is the term search box for the Google search engine. This is the online version of the Doodle.
A suggestion from the Jan Karski Educational Foundation and its sister entity in Poland, Fundacja Edukacyjna Jana Karskiego, led to the Doodle being implemented for all of Poland.
Additionally, Google Cultural Institute features Karski as a figure of significance in their online historical archive.
