Bożena Regulska-Komornicka is the Director of Development at Fundacja Edukacyjna Jana Karskiego, the Jan Karski Educational Foundation’s sister organization in Warsaw. She holds an M.A. in Geography and Regional Studies from the University of Warsaw and has completed MBA studies at the European University in Montreux, Switzerland.
To expand her expertise, she has participated in several Polish and international workshops and training programs in such areas as sales (LIMRA); strategy (SATMETRIX, London, UK); management (Institut Francais de Gestion, Paris, France); and working for NGOs (PROMENGO, FAOO). She holds a coaching certificate from the International Coaching Certification (ICC) program. For several years, she has worked as a Director of Marketing, Communication, Sales Support, and Pro-Client Strategy at the following financial institutions: Nationale-Nederlanden, ING, and Pramerica.
From 2016-2020, she was the Director of Operations at Polska Akcja Humanitarna (Polish Humanitarian Action) and was responsible for co-creating strategy, implementing project management methodology, and process improvement. She has volunteered in humanitarian and youth projects. She participated in study and project visits, some of which took her to India, Malesia, Turkey, Somalia, South Sudan, and Kenya.
